Access to eServices Online
eServices Online is an access controlled web-based information system. The system holds Service Provider details, work history and the performance reports of appointed eServices Panel Service Providers. It is used by:
- government agencies to search for suitable Service Providers and report on their performance
- Service Providers to report RFQ activity and the outcome of eServices engagements, and to provide bi-annual report according to contract requirements
- the Department of Treasury and Finance to administer the panel and analyse its performance in support of government agencies.

Obtaining a user name and password
Government agencies:
To use eServices Online, you need a user name and password, which is obtained by completing an online registration form eServices Online Registration. All fields in this form are mandatory and the form cannot be submitted unless complete.
Once your registration form is submitted, it will be vetted and processed. When the registration process is complete, you will receive an email advising of your username and password.
Service Providers:
Upon appointment to the eServices panel, all Service Providers were provided with a unique company user name and password for access to eServices Online. If you do not have your company’s user name or password details, you should contact the eServices Account Manager in your organisation.
