Who can access

The Agreement for the Provision of Print Management Services is the central contract for the provision of print management services for the sourcing of printed items and the provision of related print management services to those bodies mandated by the VGPB Procurement Policies, as listed below.

Statutory Bodies and other government entities have the opportunity to opt-in over time.

The Victorian Government will receive value for money through better reporting, improved transparency, streamlined processes and reduced inefficiencies in spending on print. Other benefits afforded to the government include standardisation of some of our print work, provision of expert advice, reduction in volumes and wastage, lessening our footprint on the environment.

The service provider is responsible for the seamless co-ordination and management of the end-to-end print sourcing, production and fulfilment processes.
