The four IS GATS are EFTel Limited, Netspace Online Systems Pty Ltd, Optus Networks Pty Ltd & Pacnet (Australia) Pty Ltd. The WoVG Internet Service Panel is part of the government’s Telecommunications Purchasing and Management Strategy (TPAMS).
