The Government Services Division has established a Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG) Internet Services Panel consisting of four approved Internet Services Government Approved Telecommunications Suppliers (IS GATS). The four IS GATS are EFTel Limited, Netspace Online Systems Pty Ltd, Optus Networks Pty Ltd & Pacnet (Australia) Pty Ltd. The WoVG Internet Service Panel is part of the government’s Telecommunications Purchasing and Management Strategy (TPAMS).
