Following transition to the current policies, you will be required apply your own entity's complexity assessment to determine your market engagement strategy for this SPC. Your market engagement strategy must comply with the contract terms and conditions and the intent of the SPC. All other details contained in the rules of use for this SPC will remain effective.

The Department of State Development, Business and Innovation provides a Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG) Internet Services Panel consisting of four approved Internet Services Government Approved Telecommunications Suppliers (IS GATS). The four IS GATS are EFTel Limited, iiNet Limited, Optus Networks Pty Ltd & Pacnet (Australia) Pty Ltd.
The WoVG Internet Service Panel is part of the government’s Telecommunications Purchasing and Management Strategy (TPAMS).
