The Board consists of a chairperson and not less than six other members. Board members are selected based on their experience and expertise in procurement-related matters. They can be internal or external to government.

Chairperson
(Dr) Lynne Williams
Dr Williams has worked in the state and federal public sectors for over 25 years, assuming several senior executive roles, specialising in economic policy. Dr Williams' most recent appointment was as Under Secretary at the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) which followed her four year term as Deputy Secretary of Economic and Financial Policy at DTF.

Michael Beres
Mr Beres is currently the Chief Operating Officer for OzChild. He has extensive experience managing shared services functions and business operations in not-for-profit corporate, university, local government and small to medium business enterprise environments.
Marisa De Cicco
Ms De Cicco is the Director of Justice Policy at the Department of Justice. She has experience in policy advice and development, formulation of strategy and legislation, procurement and contracting.
Alan Hall
Alan Hall is the Executive Director, Financial & Corporate Services, Department of Human Services. He has extensive senior public service experience in policy and program management, resource management and strategic planning across a range of health and welfare activities. Alan chairs the Department of Human Services' Accredited Purchasing Unit.
Neil Lucas
Mr Lucas has extensive experience in governance, strategic and operational management across the public sector, including Chief Executive Officer to the City of Berwick and Administrator of the Christmas Island and Kokos (Keeling Islands). Mr Lucas also served as a member of the Victorian Parliament from 2002 to 2006.
Mike Scrafton
Mike Scrafton brings extensive senior corporate and public service experience in strategy and policy advice, project development and management, corporate activities and major developments.
Randall Straw
Mr Straw is currently Deputy Secretary, Innovation and Technology/Industry and Trade at the Department of Business & Innovation. He has an extensive background in technology innovation, policy, planning and implementation with Victorian public sector agencies.
